If upon delivery your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund provided you return it within 7days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason, you have the right to return it for a refund less P&P. We will refund the purchase price provided the item is returned complete and as new, unused and has all seals and protective covers intact. If you have used the item, broken seals or removed any protective covers then you are not entitled to a refund. However, we will usually offer a partial refund based on the condition of goods returned.
